Tomorrow 11 states are set to vote in Republican primaries where 594 delegates are up for grabs in what could either be a death knell or game changer depending on the outcome of the day.
This will be the biggest day of voting since the beginning of primary season in the run up to the presidential elections so far.
Get out and vote, rock the vote, every vote counts…whatever your favorite Election Day mantra may be, the message is always the same.
Go vote!
I think each and every US citizen should vote. And I believe that old saying that it is their duty, however, the blanket statement needs to be adjusted.
Educate your vote, then get out and vote should be the prevailing message.
According to Agent K, a person is smart, people are dumb, panicky, dangerous animals and you know it.
I think there is something to this quote, especially when it comes to elections.
The way we involve ourselves in deciding who will ultimately control our future is so haphazard.
People spend so much time deciding what kind of phone to buy, what they want for dinner, or who to vote for on American Idol, but take a nonchalant approach to picking the leader of our great nation (just barely holding on to that moniker). They often left public opinion or the flavor of the day determine who they vote for.
Your decision should be in depth. It is something you should struggle with and most importantly, especially if you are a Christian, it should align with the Bible.
The decisions made during elections have lasting effects not only on you but your children and your children's children. Don't let an uninformed populace guide your vote.
Please don't approach it like you are picking a horse. There is no prize for getting it right.
You need to understand what you candidate really stands for and what those stances mean.
If you don't understand what socialism is, find out! It sounds great, lots of "free stuff," but nothing is free in this life except for the grace of God.
Know where your candidate has stood on the issues for more than the last few years. If he or she was something else for several decades chances are they are still the same, they just want to win an election right now.
Absolutely get out and vote, but if you don't know your candidate or the potential repercussions of their stance do us all a favor and stay at home.
An uninformed vote is worse than no vote at all.
It's time for a Revival-lution!
